What the site collects

Nothing beyond what a web server normally records. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking script and no fingerprinting on any public page.

The site sets one cookie of its own, spl-season, at the moment you choose a season in the switcher, so the links you follow after that stay in the season you picked. It holds a season id, lasts a year, is not read by anything else, and is not shared with anyone.

What is published

Match results, box scores, standings and the statistics derived from them are a public record of the league, and player and team names appear in them as part of that record. Articles and news keep their original bylines.

Staff accounts

League staff sign in to the separate content system at spl-site-cms.dandewar.com through Discord. That sign-in sets a session cookie for the content system's own domain. It is not set on, and cannot be read by, the public site.

Hosting

The site, its database and its images are served from infrastructure the league runs itself. The host keeps ordinary access logs for operating the service.

If something published here is wrong about you, say so through the contact page and it will be corrected or removed.
